A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required to confirm the booking. The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks before the holiday starts. In addition to the balance payable, an extra £100 security deposit is required which will be re-imbursed after the end of your holiday, once the house has been checked.   Any booking taken within 4 weeks will need full payment to confirm plus the security deposit. If you are forced to cancel your booking, you will be liable for cancellation charges equal to the value of the non-refundable deposit. We suggest you take out a cancellation protection insurance.

Please note that Troy House is pet free and the curved stairs may not be suitable for less able guests.

Smoking Policy: We ask our guests, please, to smoke out of doors.

Arrival time is after 2:00pm and departure by 10:00am.
